Oleksandr Svidlo, the performing mayor of Berdyansk on Ukraine’s southern coast, has mentioned that Russian forces have entered and brought management of town.

Berdyansk, which has a small naval base, has a inhabitants of about 100,000.

Svidlo posted a message to town’s residents on his Fb web page Sunday which mentioned, “A couple of hours in the past, you and I witnessed how heavy navy gear and armed troopers entered town and started advancing all through our hometown.
